WHO WE ARE AND WHY WE NEED ANY OF YOUR DATA?
We are graphic artists who offer personalized graphic designs – custom portraits. Our custom-made artworks are prepared from your photos, which are subject to digital processing, photo manipulation and digital painting. It means, that if we do not have your photos, we cannot provide the service.
HOW WE COLLECT DATA?
We collect your personal data in the following ways:
- all data is given to us by you
– when you contact us through our website, contact form or e-mail;
– when you make payments to us;
– when you use our services;

WHAT TYPE OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT (GIVEN TO US BY YOU)?
So, to fulfill your order we need:
- name, that contact between us is not impersonal;
- your photos, we can’t do anything without them;
- your email address, to enable communication between us and to upload photos;
- any additional personal information you want to share with us to make your order even more personalized;
- your PayPal email, if you selected this payment method.
WHAT TYPE OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT (COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY)?
We may collect certain information automatically when you use our website, such as:
- (IP) address;
- mobile device identifier;
- browser type;
- the date and time of your visit;
- and other standard server log information.
WHERE YOUR PERSONAL DATA ARE KEPT?
There are three places where your data is stored. We are personally responsible for two of them.
- our email inbox
- our private archive
HOW DO WE SECURE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
The best way to protect your information is to remove details that identify you. All photos you have sent are immediately deleted as soon as the order is completed. We do not store your email address, photos or correspondence between us online neither on our e-mail nor on our website.
We keep correspondence with you and your ordered files in our offline archive for 3 months in case you are requested to resend the order. It happened many times that we were asked to resend files, that’s why the files are in our archive for so long.
Under UK law, we are required to keep all proof of payment and bills for five years. Therefore, we store the electronic version of the proofs of payment and order confirmation on a external memory disk with all data. The external disk and its folders are protected by strong passwords. It is never connected to the internet. It is never taken on a journey and is locked in a cabinet with other printed documents.
We make every effort to ensure that your data is properly secured. We take reasonable precautions and follow best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed or disclosed.
We have never sold and will not sell or disclose any information we have received from you (unless it is a criminal investigations and we are forced to do so by law).
