What you order is DIGITAL FILE, which is especially designed for you and which you can use in many different ways, thus making your personalized gift more attractive.

No.  For now, our offer includes only a digital file that you can use to personalize the gift of your choice in stores that offer a full range of prints on various objects.

Our assumed date in which we promise to deliver the ordered file is 3-5 days. However, the whole process consists of both our and the client’s participation. The process depends on how fast the materials will be delivered and the number of changes and corrections. The number of such changes can significantly increase the turnaround times.

You need different file sizes for different projects. For example, to order a personalized mug with our design, you need a small file. However, when you want to order a large poster, you need a much larger file. There is a slight difference in the price of files. You can upload photos using our Contact Form, which you will find on our website (click here to go to the Contact Form). You can do it using the “Drag & Drop” option or by selecting files straight from your device by clicking the “Browse Files” option. If you prefer to contact us through our Etsy store, you have the option of attaching photos via Etsy Messages. If you prefer contact via email you can send us photos directly to our email address  vintagephotomix@gmail.com

You can also send several photos, from which we will choose the one that will best suit the project.It is possible to send up to 10 photos via our Contact Form. Remember, don’t send photos you don’t like and send them just because they are of good quality. Usually it ends in disappointment. Choose photos carefully, pay attention to the position of the face in the base image. And this principle is implemented in such a way that we make unlimited corrections and changes to the customer’s full acceptance. We devote a lot of time to each project.
