HOW DO WE SECURE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

• ONLINE
  The best way to protect your information is to remove details that identify you. All photos you have sent are immediately deleted as soon as the order is completed. We do not store your email address, photos or correspondence between us online neither on our e-mail nor on our website.
• OFFLINE
  We keep correspondence with you and your ordered files in our offline archive for 3 months in case you are requested to resend the order. It happened many times that we were asked to resend files, that’s why the files are in our archive for so long.
  Under UK law, we are required to keep all proof of payment and bills for five years. Therefore, we store the electronic version of the proofs of payment and order confirmation on a external memory disk with all data. The external disk and its folders are protected by strong passwords. It is never connected to the internet. It is never taken on a journey and is locked in a cabinet with other printed documents.

We make every effort to ensure that your data is properly secured. We take reasonable precautions and follow best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed or disclosed.
