GENERAL CONDITIONS

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without written permission.

ORDER PROCESS

After the order has been placed and all necessary information and materials have been delivered, we begin working on the artwork immediately. We prepare first preview based on the customer’s requirements within 2-3 days. Samples of your design will be sent to the email address you provided. Next, we expect the customer to provide a detailed description of what can we change or improve in the design. This process continues until the customer approves the project. We aim to make our customer fully satisfied so there is no limit on the number of corrections (100% satisfaction guaranteed!).

PAYMENTS

We offer payment via PayPal and through our store on the Etsy platform. We are not responsible and we do not provide information regarding additional fees and taxes charged by Etsy. Please note that we will only start the production process once the payment has been completed.

PRICING

VintagePhotoMix reserves the right to occasionally change prices without notice. All price changes do not apply to orders that have already been paid in advance.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your project within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, we start working on your project and we cannot cancel it. However, if you will have any problems, please contact us at vintagephotomix@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve it.

QUALITY AND STANDARDS

VintagePhotoMix offers the best quality standards. However, the end result of the order is closely related to the materials provided by the customer. There are no miracles even in the digital world! If the materials provided by the customer are of poor quality, we are not responsible for the final result. The second very important thing is the difference between colors on different devices. Please be aware that the appearance of the product on your screen may vary from ours. We declare that the number of corrections is unlimited, up to the full satisfaction of the customer.

We assume that any problem can be solved. We will make every effort to resolve any misunderstandings and problems quickly and efficiently.

PROHIBITED PHOTOS

VintagePhotoMix will refuse to make a portrait from any photo that might harm or offend individuals of other religions, races, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity.

COPYRIGHT

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that any image that they supply is copyright free or that the copyright is owned by the customer themselves. One must have the appropriate permission or the copyright to order from us. We do not take any responsibility for any infringement of copyrights caused by the materials provided by the customer.

DELIVERY

Our assumed date in which we promise to deliver the ordered file is 3 days. However, the whole process consists of both our and the client’s participation. The process depends on how fast the materials will be delivered and the number of changes and corrections. The number of such changes can significantly increase the turnaround times.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

VintagePhotoMix reserves the right to change, add or remove any part of terms and conditions of use, at any time. Changes to the conditions will be effective from the moment they are published.
